Tuxpan, Ver, 9 de septiembre de 2024.- La Fiscal\u00eda Regional Zona Norte Tuxpan, realiz\u00f3 imputaci\u00f3n en contra de Juan Diego \u201cN\u201d y obtuvo la legalizaci\u00f3n de la detenci\u00f3n de un menor de edad, cuya identidad se encuentra resguardada, como probables responsables del delito de secuestro agravado.
Hechos suscitados el 6 de agosto del a\u00f1o en curso, en el municipio de \u00c1lamo, cuando presuntamente privaron de la libertad a la v\u00edctima, identificada con las iniciales D.Y.B.S.J., para exigir un pago por su liberaci\u00f3n y posteriormente le privaron de la vida.
El juez dict\u00f3 como medida cautelar prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada en contra de Juan Diego \u201cN\u201d, dentro del proceso penal 351\/2024. En cuanto hace al menor, fue impuesta la medida cautelar de internamiento en el Centro de Internamiento Especial para Adolescentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
